Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing, peeling, and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients: in another bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
