Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Chop your nectarines into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the melted butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  6. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
  7. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined.
  8. Gently fold in your chopped nectarines.
  9. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  10. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
