Instructions

- Combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup in a saucepan and cook until caramel forms.
- Add the mini marshmallows to the caramel and stir until melted.
- Pour the caramel mixture over popcorn and mix until coated.

- Decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
