- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

- 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Optional Mix-ins (Chocolate Chips or nuts)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl: rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Blend wet ingredients in another bowl: melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until it forms a dough.
- Add optional mix-ins if desired.
- Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
- Assemble your jar by layering cookies and optional oats or cinnamon sugar.
