Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee: Start by brewing your espresso or strong coffee. Set it aside to cool slightly.
  2. Mix pumpkin and protein: In a bowl, combine pumpkin puree, protein powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the coffee: Gradually pour brewed coffee into the bowl, whisking continuously to combine.
