- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
- Pour the dry mix into the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but fudgy.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
