Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
