Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers (1 ½ cups, crushed)
  • Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup, melted)
  • Cottage Cheese (1 cup)
  • Eggs (2 large)
  • Maple Syrup (1/2 cup)
  • Pecans (1 cup, chopped)
  • Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by combining the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Mix the filling ingredients: cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set.
  8. Cool for at least 30 minutes before refrigerating for 2 hours. Slice into squares.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream or Greek yogurt on top for a delicious dessert.
