- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cottage cheese, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
- Open the croissant dough package and unroll it carefully.
- Place about a tablespoon of the cottage cheese mixture on the larger end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangle up towards the pointed end, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Arrange the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish (optional).
