Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 23 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Protein Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • a pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and roast for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Combine the toasted pecans, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a blender.
  3. Add the cinnamon and salt once you reach a creamy consistency and blend again.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or nuttiness as needed.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a clean jar for storage.
