- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2–3 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup Protein Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- a pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and roast for about 8-10 minutes.
- Combine the toasted pecans, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a blender.
- Add the cinnamon and salt once you reach a creamy consistency and blend again.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or nuttiness as needed.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean jar for storage.
