Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine 2 cups of rolled oats and 1 scoop of protein powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of honey, 2 beaten eggs, and 1 cup of almond milk. Mix well.
- Fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries gently.
- Combine 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl, then add to the wet mixture.
- Distribute the batter into greased mason jars or muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the jars for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
