- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Sprinkles for garnish
- Optional mix-ins (chopped nuts, seeds)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt with protein powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add milk gradually if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Mix until no clumps remain for a silky texture.
- Crush chocolate sandwich cookies in a bag until fine.
- Layer yogurt mixture and cookie crumbles in a jar, finishing with whipped cream.
- Garnish with sprinkles or toppings of your choice.
- Chill the jars in the fridge for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
