Ingredients

  • 46 medium-sized Fresh Nectarines
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Nectarines by washing and chopping them.
  2. Cook the Nectarines in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Blend the cooked nectarines with butter, sugar, spices, and lemon juice.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
  6. Chill the butter in an airtight container.
