- 4–6 medium-sized Fresh Nectarines
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Nectarines by washing and chopping them.
- Cook the Nectarines in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Blend the cooked nectarines with butter, sugar, spices, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
- Chill the butter in an airtight container.

Serve on toast, pancakes, or as a creative dip. Store in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
