Description

A vibrant and refreshing Nectarine Salsa that captures the essence of summer, perfect for tacos or as a standalone dip.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Nectarines, diced
  • 1 small Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the Nectarines, wash them well, halve, pit, and dice them into small cubes.
  2. Prepare the Red Onion by peeling and chopping it finely.
  3. Mince the Jalapeño, removing seeds for a milder flavor.
  4. Chop the Cilantro and remove any thick stems.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
  6. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with additional ingredients like mango, avocado, or smoked paprika.
