- 1 scoop Red Velvet Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Beet Juice or Red Food Coloring (optional)
- 1/4 cup Sweetener of choice (Honey, Maple Syrup, or Agave Nectar)
- Cream Cheese (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, red velvet protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
- Fold the wet ingredients into your dry mixture.
- Grease mini glass jars or ramekins and ladle the batter into each jar.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Frost with softened cream cheese mixed with vanilla and sweetener.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These jars can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Frost them the day you plan to serve for best texture.
