Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt (2 cups)
  • Vanilla Protein Powder (1 scoop)
  • Raspberries (1 ½ cups)
  • White Chocolate Chips (¾ cup)
  • Honey or Maple Syrup (2-3 tablespoons)
  • Granola (½ cup)
  • Mint Leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until creamy and smooth.
  2. Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly into the yogurt mix.
  3. Rinse and pat dry the raspberries; semi-mashed is fine.
  4. Layer the ingredients in mason jars starting with yogurt, then raspberries, and granola.
  5. Top with fresh mint leaves, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
