- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- a pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Add in the oats, baking powder, and salt, and stir well.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Enjoy! Let cool and serve as desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute cottage cheese with silken tofu. You can also customize with chocolate chips or nuts!
