Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cottage cheese and sweetener in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add in vanilla extract and salt.
- Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Blend together dry and wet mixtures until a sticky dough forms.
- Incorporate dark chocolate chips into the dough.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For an extra treat, serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or ice cream.
