  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy—about 2 minutes.
