Ingredients

  • Fresh Blackberries (2 cups)
  • Protein Powder (1 scoop)
  • Oats (1 cup)
  • Almond Flour (½ cup)
  • Maple Syrup (¼ cup)
  • Coconut Oil (¼ cup, melted)
  • Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (a pinch)
  • Greek Yogurt (optional, ½ cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Rinse blackberries and toss with a tablespoon of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  2. Mix together oats, almond flour, protein powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Layer the ingredients in a mason jar starting with the blackberry mixture followed by the topping mixture until all components are used.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the topping turns golden brown.
