Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Prepare the muffin tin with cupcake liners and spoon melted chocolate to form a base.
  3. Chill the base in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Make the raspberry filling by combining Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and sea salt, then fold in raspberries.
  5. Fill the cups with the raspberry yogurt mixture over the hardened chocolate base.
  6. Top with more melted chocolate and optional toppings like crushed nuts.
  7. Final chill the cups in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Enjoy them once set by peeling away the liners.
