  • Strawberries: About 4 cups, hulled and sliced
  • Nectarines: Roughly 3 cups, pitted and sliced
  • Granulated Sugar: About ¾ cup, divided
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons
  • All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup
  • Oats: 1 cup of rolled oats
  • Brown Sugar: ½ cup, packed
  • Butter: ½ cup, melted
  • Ground Ginger: 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the fruit by combining sliced strawberries and nectarines with ½ cup of granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Make the streusel by mixing flour, oats, brown sugar, ground ginger, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  4. Layer the fruit mixture in a greased 9×13 baking dish and sprinkle the streusel on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
