Instructions

  1. Prep your squash: Start by washing your butternut squash. Cut off both ends, then peel off the skin.
  2. Cut it up: Slice the squash in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and chop it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Season it right: Toss the cubed squash with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add maple syrup if desired.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Air fry the squash: Place the seasoned squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
