Description

Delightfully spooky almond cookies shaped like witch’s fingers, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 20 pieces Almonds
  • Powdered Sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy and pale.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; beat until combined.
  4. Mix in the dry ingredients until just incorporated.
  5. Shape the dough into finger shapes, about 3-4 inches long.
  6. Add an almond into the flattened end of each cookie.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
