- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate (about 1 cup of chips)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate together over low heat.
- Mix in the granulated sugar until dissolved.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture.
- Add in the fresh raspberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
Notes
For best results, let the brownies cool completely before slicing. Serve with powdered sugar and vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat!
