Ingredients

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant pistachio pudding mix

  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (or pecans/coconut)

  • 4 oz frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir pudding mix and undrained pineapple until smooth and thick.

  • Fold in marshmallows and walnuts.
