Ingredients
For the Filling

2–3 cups cooked turkey, cubed or shredded

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 cup sour cream

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
For the Biscuit Topping

1 can refrigerated biscuits OR
-
Homemade biscuit dough of your choice

1–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine:

cooked turkey
-
mixed vegetables
-
sour cream
-
cream of chicken soup
-
garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika

Mix until everything is well combined.
2. Assemble

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Spread the creamy turkey mixture evenly into a baking dish.

If using cheese, sprinkle it over the filling.
3. Add Biscuit Topping

Place the biscuits on top of the mixture in a single layer.

(Optional) Brush biscuits with melted butter for extra flavor.
4. Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
Notes

Swap turkey for chicken if you don’t have leftovers.
