Description
Toasted Marshmallow S’mores Milkshake
Your campfire hug—no fire pit needed
Ingredients
-
3 cups vanilla ice cream (full-fat for best creaminess; vegan options: coconut or oat-based)
-
1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk to lighten)
-
¼ cup chocolate syrup (warmed slightly for smooth drizzling)
-
4 graham crackers, crushed (pulse in a sealed bag to avoid mess; GF if needed)
-
½ cup marshmallow fluff (or melt regular marshmallows + 1 tsp butter)
Instructions
-
Blend your base: Add ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and crushed graham crackers to your blender. Pulse 5 times, then blend on medium for 15-20 seconds until smooth but still thick. Tip: For thicker shakes, add 2 ice cubes.
-
Pour & prep: Divide the shake evenly into two tall glasses. Leave about 1 inch of space at the top. Optional: swirl extra chocolate syrup inside glasses first for that Insta-wow effect.
-
Crown with fluff: Generously dollop marshmallow fluff on top. Use a wet spoon to spread evenly—this helps with toasting.
-
Torch time: Using a kitchen torch held about 4 inches away, gently swirl over the fluff until golden brown spots appear (~30 seconds). No torch? Use your oven broiler for 60-90 seconds—watch carefully!
-
Garnish: Sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs and drizzle more chocolate syrup. Add a mini graham cracker on the rim for flair.
Notes
-
No torch or broiler? Microwave fluff 10 seconds or skip toasting; still delicious!
-
Shake too thin? Freeze ice cream extra hard before blending; add more ice cream for thickness.
-
Make ahead? Blend base and freeze max 2 hours. Add fluff just before serving to keep it fluffy.
-
Fluff caught fire? Blow out gently; torch in small circles to avoid flare-ups.
