Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon by placing the slices in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, then transfer to a paper towel to drain.
  2. Prepare the chicken by shredding or dicing if using leftovers; otherwise, grill or bake chicken breasts until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes at 375°F.
