  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag, pour marinade, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (375°F to 400°F) for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove from marinade, grill skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, flip and grill for another 6-8 minutes.
  5. Check for Doneness: Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Rest the Chicken: Let it sit off the grill for about 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Carve and drizzle with extra lemon juice before serving.
