1 small head broccoli, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)

2 tbsp oil (sesame or neutral)

For the Sauce:

¼ cup pineapple juice (from the can)

¼ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup rice vinegar

Instructions
