Ingredients

  • Pasta (400g)
  • Garlic (6 cloves, minced)
  • Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Heavy Cream (1 cup)
  • Parmesan Cheese (1 cup, grated)
  • Vegetable Broth (2 cups)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic by heating the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the uncooked pasta, stirring to coat it in the garlic-infused oil.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and turn up the heat until it reaches a boil.
  4. Cook the pasta by reducing the heat to a simmer, cover the pot, and let it cook for about 10–12 minutes.
  5. Mix in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  6. Season to taste with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
