  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

  • ½ cup buttermilk (or DIY: milk + lemon juice)

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt (plus to taste)

  • 13 tsp fresh lemon juice (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Whisk the Base
    In a mixing bowl, combine mayo and sour cream until smooth. Slowly whisk in buttermilk until fully blended and pourable.

  2. Season it Up
    Add dill, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Brighten with Lemon
    Add 1 tsp lemon juice, taste, and adjust with more if needed for zing.

  4. Chill & Set
