  • 14.4 oz box graham crackers, broken into chunks

  • 5 tbsp melted unsalted butter

  • 5 tbsp sugar (divided)

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lime zest

  • ½ cup key lime juice (bottled or fresh)

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • Garnish: lime slices, reserved crumbs

Instructions
