  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar (or Monterey Jack)

  • ½ cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled, adjust heat)

  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • 8 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

  • Optional: ¼ cup cilantro + ranch or chipotle sauce for dipping


Instructions

  1. Mix Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  2. Spread: Evenly spread ½ cup filling over each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.

  3. Roll: Tightly roll each tortilla into a log. Place seam-side down.

  4. Chill: Wrap logs in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 min (or up to 24 hrs).
