  • 1 grilled chicken breast

  • 1 tsp hot honey (or mix honey + chili flakes)

  • 2 cups chopped romaine

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 2 tbsp Caesar dressing

  • Handful low-carb croutons

  • 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts

  • 1 lemon wedge

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  2. Toast Pine Nuts: Heat in a dry skillet 2–3 mins until golden. Watch closely!
