A delightful High-Protein Chicken Ranch Quesadilla that combines health and indulgence in a crispy, cheesy package.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 4 large Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh Spinach
  • ½ cup Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Spices: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, and Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Shred your cooked chicken breast and toss it with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix in the Goodness: Add ranch dressing to the chicken and mix until well coated.
  3. Assemble the Quesadilla: Lay one tortilla flat, add cheese, a portion of the chicken mixture, spinach, and green onions, then fold.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and place the quesadilla inside.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
