  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 cup thinly sliced yellow onion

For the Gravy:

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp cooking sherry (or red wine vinegar)

  • ½ tsp seasoned salt


Instructions
