32 oz ziti pasta, cooked just shy of al dente

32 oz ricotta cheese

4 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)

2 cups grated parmesan (divided)

2 tbsp dried parsley

4 tsp dried basil

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp salt

64 oz marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, 1 cup parmesan, eggs, herbs, garlic, and salt.

Add cooked pasta and half the marinara (about 4 cups). Fold gently.

Spread 2 cups sauce into the bottom of each 9×13 pan.
