Instructions

2️⃣ Sear: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp oil. Place chicken in a single layer—don’t crowd! Cook 6–8 mins per side until golden & 165°F inside.

3️⃣ Finish: In the last 60–90 secs, sprinkle Parmesan over each piece. Let it melt into a cheesy crust—don’t stir!

4️⃣ Rest & Serve: Transfer to a plate, rest 5 mins. Garnish with lemon wedges & herbs if you like. Serve hot!
