Ingredients

1½ cups raw almonds (or sunflower seeds for nut-free)

1 cup medjool dates, pitted (soak 10 min if dry)

⅔ cup desiccated coconut + extra for rolling

4 tbsp cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Grind Almonds: Add almonds to a food processor and pulse into a coarse meal.
