  • Soy Sauce
  • Scallions (green onions)
  • Soft-Boiled Eggs
  • Nori (seaweed sheets)
  • Vegetables (carrots, bok choy, or mushrooms)
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the dumplings in boiling water or a steamer until they float. Pan-fry for a crispy finish if desired.
  2. Prepare the broth by simmering your choice of broth and adding soy sauce for flavor.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  4. Soft-Boil the eggs by cooking them in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, then plunge into ice water.
  5. Prepare your veggies by blanching leafy greens or slicing raw carrots.
  6. Assemble the bowl by layering ramen, broth, dumplings, soft-boiled egg, and veggies. Garnish with scallions, nori, and sesame oil.
