  • ½ cup BBQ sauce (mix sweet + spicy for max flavor)

  • 12 brioche or slider buns

  • 2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup buttermilk (or milk + lemon juice)

  • ½ cup flour

  • ½ tsp each: paprika, salt | ¼ tsp pepper

  • Oil for frying (canola or vegetable)

  • Ranch or chipotle mayo for topping

Instructions
