Description

Who needs croutons when you’ve got golden, crunchy chicken bites that pack 36g of protein per serving? These Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad Bowls are hearty, flavorful, and fast—ready in just 20 minutes. Think air-fried chicken cubes tossed over fresh romaine, creamy Caesar, and a shower of Parmesan. It’s the upgrade your weeknight salad deserves.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts (1 lb total), cubed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 10 oz chopped romaine or Caesar salad mix

  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan

  • Caesar dressing (2–3 tbsp per serving)

  • Optional: lemon wedges, cracked black pepper

Swap It Up:

  • Chicken thighs for juicier bites

  • Smoked paprika or cayenne for heat

  • Homemade Caesar or light dressing for customization

Instructions

  1. Season chicken: Pat dry, cube into ¾” pieces. Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Air fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook chicken in a single layer for 8 mins, shake/flip, cook 2–4 more mins until golden and cooked through (165°F).

  3. Toss salad: In a large bowl, mix romaine, most of the Parmesan, and Caesar dressing.

  4. Assemble: Top salad with crispy chicken, remaining Parmesan, and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

Notes
