Crescent Rolls

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tsp dried)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Garlic Butter Topping

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional but fantastic)


Notes

Filling leaking out?

  • Rolls were overstuffed OR

  • Rolled too loosely
    A little leak is normal—and delicious.

Lumpy filling?

Cream cheese wasn’t soft enough.
Soften for 1 hour or beat briefly on low.
