  • 1 (14.75 oz) can cream-style corn

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 (8 oz) package dry cornbread mix (like Jiffy)

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13” baking dish.

  • Mix base: In a large bowl, stir together both corns (plus half the reserved liquid), eggs, sour cream, and cornbread mix until just combined.

  • Add cheese: Fold in ¾ of the cheddar. Pour into dish, top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake 40–45 mins until golden with a slight center jiggle.
