Description

A delightful dish featuring chicken breasts coated in a creamy cottage cheese and Parmesan crust with a kick from Firecracker sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Firecracker sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and half of the Firecracker sauce in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts generously with the cottage cheese mix on both sides.
  4. Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and let it shimmer.
  5. Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drizzle the remaining Firecracker sauce on top after flipping.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let the chicken rest for about five minutes before serving.

Notes

For a crispy finish, briefly broil the chicken at the end. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
