- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Firecracker sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and half of the Firecracker sauce in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken breasts generously with the cottage cheese mix on both sides.
- Drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and let it shimmer.
- Add the coated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drizzle the remaining Firecracker sauce on top after flipping.
- Remove from the skillet and let the chicken rest for about five minutes before serving.
Notes
For a crispy finish, briefly broil the chicken at the end. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
