  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Buns for serving (hamburger, slider rolls, or crusty bread)
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping onions, bell peppers, and mincing garlic.
  2. Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the veggies by adding the onions and bell peppers to the skillet for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  4. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for another minute.
