Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Meat (pork, beef, or chicken)
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2030 Wonton or Dumpling Wrappers
  • Water, for sealing

Instructions

  1. Prep the Cabbage: Remove the cabbage core and boil the leaves.
  2. Cool and pat dry the boiled leaves.
  3. Make the Filling: Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until translucent.
  4. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
  5. Season the mixture with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Fold in chopped cabbage.
  7. Assemble the Dumplings: Fill wrappers with the meat mixture.
  8. Seal the dumplings tightly with water.
  9. Cook the dumplings by boiling or pan-frying.
  10. Serve warm with soy sauce or sesame sauce.

Notes

Feel free to freeze uncooked dumplings for later use. Adjust the filling ingredients based on your preference for flavor or spiciness.
