Description

Crispy, sweet, and spicy Brown Sugar Cajun Wings that are perfect for game days and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs. Chicken Wings
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Spice Blend
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the wings by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) and rinsing the wings under cold water; pat them dry.
  2. Combine brown sugar, Cajun spice blend, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until a paste forms.
  3. Coat the wings with the spice mixture, tossing to ensure they are evenly covered.
  4. Bake the wings on a lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Glaze the wings with reserved marinade and bake for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to keep them juicy.

Notes

For added flavor, let the wings marinate for 15-30 minutes before baking. Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.
