- Cornstarch (for coating)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken by cutting into bite-sized pieces and tossing with cornstarch.
- Chop the Veggies including onion and bell peppers.
- Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown.
